Last updated: September 2026. These terms govern use of olaife.co.ke and Olaife coordination services.
1. Who we are
Olaife is a Kenya-based travel, experiences, hospitality and concierge coordination company. We arrange trips, stays, transport, experiences, celebrations and custom requests through vetted suppliers and partners.
2. Quotations and pricing
Except where a proposal package displays a “starting from” price, services are quoted individually based on date, group size, availability and requirements. A quote is valid for the period stated on it. Proposal starting prices are indicative; the final price depends on your details.
3. Bookings and payment
A booking is confirmed once we receive any required deposit or full payment and issue written confirmation. Payment schedules, accepted methods and cancellation terms are stated in your individual proposal. Supplier-dependent services (hotels, vehicles, aviation, parks) remain subject to those suppliers’ availability and terms.
4. Cancellations and changes
Cancellation and change conditions — including any fees — depend on the suppliers involved and are disclosed in your proposal before confirmation. Where a refund is due, we process it through the original payment method within a reasonable period.
5. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for accurate information (dates, guests, dietary and accessibility needs), valid travel documents, and following safety instructions on activities such as hikes, water experiences and aviation. Activities carry inherent risk; participation is voluntary.
6. Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Quote requests and order history stored in your account are visible to you and to Olaife staff for the purpose of serving you.
7. Website content
Site content, photography and branding are owned by or licensed to Olaife and may not be reproduced without permission. Third-party images may be used under their respective licences.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by Kenyan law, Olaife coordinates services with reasonable care but is not liable for delays or failures caused by suppliers, weather, wildlife, government action or other events beyond reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
